Ellen Murphy says she was born with a crayon in her hand. She has loved art and design her entire life. Since she was a teenager she has loved quilting and has always enjoyed manipulating fabric, whether for garment construction or craft pursuits. Ellen has a degree in Fine Art and has a love
of color. Working in graphic design and as a quilting teacher helped Ellen create patterns that are easy to understand. Ellen has a love for travel that has taken her all around the world and she brings the inspiration she receives from her journeys to her designs.
